Having spent way too long wondering about the pros and cons of this I've now reached panic point and am looking for a tutor for the Tiffin and SPGS entrance exam in 2011. Does anyone have any ideas on experienced tutors for these exams?

Hi Maisie

First thing - don't panic - you have several months and that is plenty of time
(regardless of what other people might tell you ... even if they have been taking their kids to tutors for the last 4 years...)

I second that view. Sorry I cannot recommend a tutor, but don't give up someone on here will help!

What I did find when I half heartedly considered getting a tutor was the good ones or the ones I got recommended get booked really in advance. One couldnt take my daughter last year as she was taking those sitting in 2012

If you fail to get one, come back here  There are really some knowlegable people. The crutial thing is getting the right material for the school for a start.

As St Paul's never releases any of its materials, I'd be fascinated to see what these tutors come up with!
